SpotlessGiG Verified Badge
What it is: A badge awarded to cleaners who upload a valid ID, criminal record check, or business registration document to the internal team for manual review. Why it helps: Trust is the number one barrier in the cleaning industry. Clients are letting strangers into their homes; verification bridges that gap instantly.
Priority Access & Job Accelerator
When you unlock priority status, you get pushed to the top of customer search results in your city and gain Early-Bird Access to new job postings—allowing you to contact clients before anyone else does. It’s the fastest way to secure regular clients and grow your cleaning business on your own terms.

Dynamic Service Expansion
Users and cleaning professionals can submit requests for new, unlisted cleaning categories directly from their respective dashboards. If a specific type of cleaning (e.g., industrial, technical, or niche sanitization) is not present in our current hardcoded directory options, it can be proposed via a text input field. Submissions are reviewed weekly by our administration team. Approved categories are added to the global platform filter options, allowing cleaners to expand their profile offerings and users to post highly specific job requests.
Multi-Property Profile Saver
What it is: A shortcut in the Client Dashboard allowing users to save details for multiple locations (e.g., "My Apartment", "Mom's House", "The Office") including square meters, specific rules, and location. Why it helps: When posting a job to the request board, the user can click one button to auto-fill the entire form, making the posting loop incredibly fast.
Review Photo Uploads
What it is: Allowing users to attach photos to the reviews they leave on cleaner profiles, and allowing cleaners to upload a "Portfolio Gallery" of their work. Why it helps: Visual proof of a clean oven or spotless windows builds 10x more trust than a text review alone. It proves the review is real.
Real-time Calendar Availability Sync
Cleaners already have a (Work Calendar) that does nothing. We are making it visible to users on the cleaner’s public profile so users only call cleaners who are actually free.
Public Job Board
Users shouldn't just browse; they should be able to post their specific cleaning job (e.g., "3-room apartment cleaning in Sofia this Sunday") and let cleaners apply directly to them.
