Users and cleaning professionals can submit requests for new, unlisted cleaning categories directly from their respective dashboards. If a specific type of cleaning (e.g., industrial, technical, or niche sanitization) is not present in our current hardcoded directory options, it can be proposed via a text input field. Submissions are reviewed weekly by our administration team. Approved categories are added to the global platform filter options, allowing cleaners to expand their profile offerings and users to post highly specific job requests.
